Water dripping from the ceiling, running down the walls and ceiling in wilting and caving in. Maintenance came and put fans down but the leasing office says nothing can be done until Monday or Tuesday because there is no office manager. Corporate (pinnacle) is not answering phones because it's the weekend. 2nd apartment I have lived in here and I have experienced at least 8 water/flooding situations.
If you like AC in the summertime, I wouldn’t recommend this place. My apartment will not get below 80 degrees when it’s hot out. I’ve asked several times for it to get fixed, but they tell me it’s the best they can do... So luxurious!
They do not respond to e-mails or phone calls...terrible customer service!!!

The worst place to live in Nashville for what we pay. From insects to faulty appliances and mold. Can't wait til our lease is up. The management is terrible....always passing the buck.
