RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!!!!!!!! I was a patient at Wyncote for thirty-five years, and forced to leave due to insurance, and tried to come back. the woman on the phone for scheduling was the rudest I have ever spoken with. She laughed at me when I requested my former doctor back (I guess he had retired.) If I could give a 0 I would... This place has gone down hill. They don't call you and let you know they canceled your appointment...I will be looking for a new practice.
I have been a patient of Dr. Weiss for over 20 years. He's is the BEST doctor I have. We need more doctors like him.
Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Ever since Jefferson took over they’ve been terrible. I called about getting some immunizations records and was transferred over 5 times just for them to tell me they have no medical records for me… I’ve been a patient with them for over 20 years since I was a baby how do they not have my records. Everyone I talked to sounded like they could care less and were rude and unprofessional. What a joke.
