I have been with Wyncote family medicine for about 30 years. My doctor, is Kenneth Weiss. He is one of the best. He is an awesome and amazing listener. He can answer all questions and any of my health concerns. He is knowledgeable and a caring Doctor. He took great care of my husband of 30 yrs also, until his passing in 2015. I referred my Godson and his mother, my oldest sister and everyone is very pleased. Thank you Doctor Weiss and Wyncote family medicine.
Dr. Dupree is always a delight, however most of the office staff is unprofessional especially the MA named Chrissy. She was extremely unprofessional during our correspondence via MYCHART and did not care to understand the request that I had. When I actually saw her in person, she looked like she just rolled out of bed with messy hair, dirty fingernails, dirty Ugg boots (in the summer I might add) and she had a slight odor. Terrible!!! Dr. Matthews ran a tight ship back in the day. Do not waste your time here.
Zero stars.I liked the doctor but not the office staff. Not helpful at all. They would not make an appt when we were there a year ago. citing schedule not out yet. Now 3 mons before appt would be due, they are telling me no appts for 9 mons out. One person told me to call her back, she would maneuver the sched and get an appt, then when I called back they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about and would never do that. If I could give this practice less than 1 star, I would. I have never been so frustrated as I am today sitting in the office of Wyncote Family Medicine. I receive cortisone injections to both of my feet every 5-7 months. This is necessary for me to even walk around my house on a daily basis. And every single time I call this office to request a script, I am given the run around. From time of request to time of receipt, it typically takes 3 weeks and over a half dozen calls and/or messages to the portal. It should not be this... read more
