I have been a patient of Dr. Weiss for over 20 years. He's is the BEST doctor I have. We need more doctors like him.
Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Ever since Jefferson took over they’ve been terrible. I called about getting some immunizations records and was transferred over 5 times just for them to tell me they have no medical records for me… I’ve been a patient with them for over 20 years since I was a baby how do they not have my records. Everyone I talked to sounded like they could care less and were rude and unprofessional. What a joke.
Not sure why they say they are accepting new patients because they are not. I am unable to even schedule an appointment with them and need to change to a different pcp. Good luck
I have been with Wyncote family medicine for about 30 years. My doctor, is Kenneth Weiss. He is one of the best. He is an awesome and amazing listener. He can answer all questions and any of my health concerns. He is knowledgeable and a caring Doctor. He took great care of my husband of 30 yrs also, until his passing in 2015. I referred my Godson and his mother, my oldest sister and everyone is very pleased. Thank you Doctor Weiss and Wyncote family medicine.
