Terrible!!! Dr. Matthews ran a tight ship back in the day. Do not waste your time here.
Zero stars.I liked the doctor but not the office staff. Not helpful at all. They would not make an appt when we were there a year ago. citing schedule not out yet. Now 3 mons before appt would be due, they are telling me no appts for 9 mons out. One person told me to call her back, she would maneuver the sched and get an appt, then when I called back they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about and would never do that. If I could give this practice less than 1 star, I would. I have never been so frustrated as I am today sitting in the office of Wyncote Family Medicine. I receive cortisone injections to both of my feet every 5-7 months. This is necessary for me to even walk around my house on a daily basis. And every single time I call this office to request a script, I am given the run around. Really poor phone service. Called twice waited 10 mins each time and then put on hold. Will find a different doc
Doctors are fine, but the staff doesn’t respond to messages and/or refill requests in their patient portal. They don’t even return phone calls when patients ask for help. I’d suggest another office.
