First of all, I never write reviews like this. But this is literally the worst experience I've ever had dealing with a Dr's office. I reposted this review here since the issue was with the office staff not the Dr's. The first few times I called the office, I got a very nice and helpful lady. But I'm not sure if they hired someone new or what changed. But they were always sending scripts wrong to the pharmacy, and I would always call and nicely ask for them to fix it. I had my first appointment here and Dr. Parrotta was excellent! He took his time and was very thorough about my health and needs . I am so glad to call him my doctor . I highly recommend it!

I’ve always had a fantastic experience at Wynantskill Family Medicine. The front desk staff are kind, personable, and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. Scott Parotta can be similarly described. A very knowledgeable physician who absolutely has his patients best interest at heart, and will answer any question you have for him. I recommend this practice to friends and colleagues constantly.
