I've tried reaching out to Wynantskill Family Medicine 3 times in the last 3 weeks, 2 voicemails and 1 online appointment request (no-one ever answered the phone or called or emailed me back). I called again today to try again and the receptionist said end of June was their first openings I said fine. When I asked about the lag in response to either my first vm 3 weeks ago or my online submission she said they were just busy. The best physicians. Smart and kind. I have been a patient for about 15 years. Dr Parrotta is absolutely the finest Doctor who has ever helped me. He takes all the time I need. No rushing because its his practice not that of a corporation. Also important is that the front office is first-rate and always helpful to make appointments or get prescriptions renewed. I totally recommend Wynantskill Family Medicine

First of all, I never write reviews like this. But this is literally the worst experience I've ever had dealing with a Dr's office. I reposted this review here since the issue was with the office staff not the Dr's. The first few times I called the office, I got a very nice and helpful lady. But I'm not sure if they hired someone new or what changed. But they were always sending scripts wrong to the pharmacy, and I would always call and nicely ask for them to fix it.
