I had the misfortune of being behind one of their 18 wheelers which had a truck bed covered in rock and dirt. A bump in the road launched a good cluster of the mix which sprayed the front of my vehicle. Now I’m driving a 2 month old vehicle covered in rock chips on the paint and glass. Emailed the manager (found email on website) and never heard back.
I personally did not experience service with this company. What I did experience was their driving on I-35 South. It sucks!! They speed, follow too closely, and hog the left hand lane.
Very disappointed. They came highly recommended from the best drillers in the business, Spencer Drilling out of Oklahoma, so I was very disappointed when they took 5 days after receiving all the job information to email me back saying "they couldn't take the job and they couldn't recommend anyone either". I noticed all their good reviews appeared to be from employees, just like the employees who helped , or didn't help, me and won't return my calls. He gave them 5 stars!
Fantastic place to work, they really take care of their employees, plus all their workers are top notch and get the job done in a timely manner.
