Beautiful homes and great location
We never lost power for more than a flicker AND NEVER experienced any type of flooding anywhere locally to us; Including inside our neighborhood and near/along the lake! Also, It was wonderful to live in such a structurally sound home! I honestly did not hear Hurricane Helene or Hurricane Milton outside our home! It was very peaceful inside.
