They came in to repair a fireplace log. I paid them and in about 10 days, I got a receipt for the money paid. The logs went out the next day and I called. They said they could not repair the logs and I would need new logs. I have or had a vented fireplace log. They made a trip almost an hour away to be able to find a vented fireplace but came back to tell me I could use the unvented fireplace log, that the technician just did not ask the owner the correct question.
