I understand this company have now closed down and the guarantee on our windows no longer exists. Happy - not. This matter is now being resolved and guarantee honoured. Thank you. Despite having sworn at my husband, then next day apologising and stating windows would be sorted, still nothing done. Disgraceful.

Wish we had NEVER chosen Jon / Wye Valley Home Improvements, our worst encounter of tradesmen!! Incorrect furniture for front door, we were told not, that’s what we had ordered, despite us having a copy of our order, the fitters eventually backed down and agreed, ordered correct ones. French doors fitted in lounge, wrong size ordered, eventually new frame / windows arrived, they then weren’t fitted correctly. We had done a lot of research to find windows and doors so when we came across this company we were a bit sceptical because they were so reasonably priced. We decided to go with them thank goodness.The guys that cane were professional and polite and did an absolutely amazing job quickly and efficiently. We are delighted with the end result. I would and have highly recommended this company to my family and friends. Thank you Wye Valley team.
