We were short on time, but Wye Marsh Wildlife Centre still ended up being one of the highlights of our day! Even in a quick visit, we saw lots of animals, which was such a nice surprise. One of the staff members even brought out a bird for us to see up close – such a cool experience! All the staff were super friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even better. Definitely worth coming back for a longer visit next time. Great spot for nature lovers and families.
Trails behind the Visitor Center are well groomed, marked and perfect for a family with young children. The opposite side of the road is a more challenging trail system. It is very muddy (fun) with some fallen trees covering the paths.
Outstanding staff, immersive experience, we learn/see something new every time we return!
Nice trails in winter and summer! Full of birds. We love Trumpet swans. We visit this beautiful marsh a couple of time every year.
