Tried connecting with Saul a few times via text. Always quick, mostly one word responses and said he would come over to give a quote. Two no call/no shows Gave up and went with another guy
Saul does work for Osawatomie School District USD 367. He does excellent work. Very professional, always on time ! Great Work !
Generally speaking he was nice and seemed professional. However he never completed the job.
