Thee absolute worse if you’re looking for something in Overland Park anywhere but here. Roaches ,insects… crazy. The landlord is the worst part, Ruby is very nosey and not in the good way in the way where she will literally stalk you and leave a petty “note” on your door shortly after. Tows cars that do not need to be towed and make up rules that don’t exist just because she does not agree with it. I’m tired of the rent going up and nothing get fix. Ruby dose inspection on apartment but nothing get fix. My ac has been drawing black stuff in my lining closet and the ceiling get wet but she dosent fixed nothing yarco new to get a better manger in here I shouldn’t have to pay for a crappy apartment also when we moved in 9 years ago we asked to have a bottom floor and she just straight up ingored us . The worst management team I’ve ever seen, they hold my application for almost one month, they took my money, to tell me at the end that the apartment was already took by someone else, the laziest office people I’ve ever seen in my life.
