Dr. Ruby has been nothing but amazing since I moved in(July 2023). The community is quiet and well kept. Maintenance has been timely, the building is kept clean and the grounds are well cared for. I know it is because Dr. Ruby cares, THANK YOU DR RUBY!
A family member of mine lives there. And their car has been broken into 4 times. And the gas has been siphoned out of their tank at least five times now. One of the break in's they shattered the window and stole the stereo. Now, they do not keep anything in it. And it still is broken into and has the stolen. Repairs take forever. And when done, they are not done well.
I recently heard about a deeply concerning experience at WycliffWest Apartments from a friend, Jonathan Arias. On September 4, 2024, he visited the complex to inquire about a 2-bed, 2-bath apartment available for October. Despite the manager being busy with a conference call, she took his contact information and assured him that Maria, the assistant manager, would follow up. Unfortunately, no follow-up call was received. Later that day, Jonathan returned to the office with his mother and two sisters, hoping for better assist... read more
