My son just finished his orthodontic treatment here, and both he and I are incredibly satisfied with the results! Dr. Lim was exceptionally thorough and meticulous throughout the entire process.One of the best parts was how organized the clinic is—whenever we arrived at our scheduled appointment time, there was absolutely no waiting, and he was seen right away. Dr Lim and Caitlin have been wonderful with my daughter’s orthodontia treatment. From the palate expander, braces and retainer phases they were both calm, reassuring and knowledgeable throughout every step. Always happy to see us and answer any questions! And now my son is up and we are happy to be working with Dr Lim & Caitlin again. Truly a great experience!
I have been lucky to have two of my kids taken care of by Dr Lim (third one is on deck). He and his assistant, Caitlin are probably the nicest people you will ever meet. The results are great, but just as important is the experience. Having your kids go through wearing braces, you get to know the doctor and his staff over years and it is important to have trust and faith in them. Dr. Lim and his staff are incredibly professional. They have been flexible and adaptable in communicating with me as a Deaf individual about my daughters' progress throughout their treatment. Their care and support made the experience much smoother, and the results of the treatment are excellent!
