Staff is very nice but the super long wait is true. I show up 15 min before my appointments as requested, but I'm still waiting an hour and a half to be seen. The first time it was an hour after my appointment time. Nice for local but make sure you schedule plenty of time for your appointment because you have no idea how long you will have to wait.
Called to reschedule an appointment and on the line stayed and they seriously acted unprofessional and picked and hung up the phone immediately. the receptionist there, the one that looks like she's balding with a wig aways has a nasty attitude, horrible place

Marina Tsivin, NP, is an absolute treasure. I truly love being her patient. She is young, compassionate, kind, intelligent and incredibly detail-oriented. She genuinely listens, takes her time with you and makes sure all of your questions are answered without ever making you feel rushed. She is warm, thoughtful and authentic, and I honestly believe she is one of the best things that has happened to this clinic. Yes, the wait time can be long. Pésimo servicio por parte de esta clínica las que atienden en el mostrador son muy mal educadas y siempre están con mala actitud, no puedes hacer ninguna pregunta porque te contestan de mala manera ,fui a preguntar acerca de los doctores que están en esta clínica para que pudiera agarrar proveedor de salud para mi hijo mayor y la mujer fue muy déspota no quiso darme información , si no les gusta su trabajo que hacen ahí:/
