No one ever answers the phone and when they do, they leave you on hold for more than 30 minutes. Ridiculous

Does anyone answer the phones at this place???
Radiology department had plenty of available appointments, did not leave me waiting too long and everyone was nice. Two weeks passed and they had not sent the results to my doctor even after multiple phone calls and requests so I had to go back in person to get them myself.
