I fell and broke my rotator cuff, shattering it into 5 pieces. I was taken by ambulance to Wycoff Heights' Emergency Room, where I waited more than 6 hours before being seen. I am oxygen-dependent, my own oxygen ran out, and they were unable to provide me with any while I was waiting. Neither did they offer me so much as a tylenol for the excruciating pain.
