The ladies were helpful and kind and my Aunt loved her flowers!
Today is my friend’s big birthday. She also just became a grandma today too! I wanted to send her flowers.It was too late for same day delivery because the driver was already gone. But to my surprise i got a call from the shop telling me that an employee would drop them off herself on her way home. THIS is customer service! This is being kind and thoughtful. I am so impressed. I am so appreciative, there are no words.
