Me and my family have been going to Tony and this repair shop for years. At first, I was able to get my car looked at and fixed no problem. Now, I get "I'm too busy" or "your car is fine". Brought my car in cause the oil light and break light kept coming on and was told "nothings wrong". Well today, my power steering tubing busted, and had yo wait 5 hours for a tow truck to get it.... brought it here a few months ago and was told the ball joints needed to be replaced. I just moved to the area. Ive owned 7 foreign cars for decades so mechanics are important to me (and me to them, lol). I'm trying every shop in the area, so came in for an oil change, asked them to fix squeaky window (and told them that my prior mechanic said it would just need some lubricant). They said they looked at it and didn't fix cuz it would need a track replacement (but they didn't quote that job; they seem quite busy).
