I will let these text messages detail the amount of whiplash this company has given me. Shortly after leaving the review i was contacted directly and things finally got sorted out. The work was completed in a few hours and I'm satisfied with the end results. Their customers service and scheduling is my only complaint.

Extremely quick service! Everyone- from call center to technician- is so friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate the options given, including letting me know what filter to get and I could replace on my own. I LOVE the HVAC addition. Fantastic service, fantastic people!
Our hot water heater failed and we contacted this company to come out and potentially fix it. I was initially impressed by the communication, how quickly they could service, and that they waived the service charge. However, things went downhill after that. On the day of service, we were told we were first appointment on the list for the 8am-12pm window. The technician didn’t even make it to the house until 11am, and proceeded to tell us the water heater couldn’t be serviced and replacement was our only option. He charged us ... read more
