Not nice. I don't have a lot of expertise when getting flowers and needed someone to walk me through the process. They act as though I interrupted their day by coming in. Overpriced place and I won't be back.
Tried ordering flowers for my sisters graduation. They allowed me to place the order online but then called a few hours later to say they couldn't go on base to deliver because it's a hassle. They could deliver on the weekend, but that wasn't the time I requested, and asked if I could have a discount if that were the case. They said no and would just cancel the order instead. I would not recommend ordering from them!
Rude, rude, rude. And on top of that the flowers are awful and very over priced. I wish we could give it 0 stars. We are new to Fort Lee and didn't know where else to go. That's one mistake we won't relive!
