Completely despicable service! Have never been treated more rudely from a medical center before. They don't know how to do their job and take it out on their customers. Order for walker submitted by doctor, They made it difficult. Tried to make things their business that wasn't their business, would say they had what they needed then completely change what they said, and finally out of spite, they try to have us rent the equipment for 80 bucks a week when it was approved by Tri Care to keep. For hospice associated care, this company is the absolute worst. Not at all surprising, the head of the company clearly, can care less about the patients and their families being affected by their lack of concern, professionalisim and empathy. In all fairness, however, I must mention three interactions that were pleasant and positive, but unfortunately, at this point the negative outweighs the good.

The lady at the Carrollton office as well as the ladies on the phone were excellent and professional and a pleasure to deal with and talk to. They were quick and professional with my Cpap order. I will use them again. They care about the customers.

Their customer service is so bad that it could cost people their lives. DO NOT USE THEM AS AN OXYGEN SUPPLIER. They do not provide quality service and attempt to deny tanks to elderly people living in homes. They try to dictate how and when said elderly people can/should use their tanks. They are suppliers, not doctors and they have no right playing God.
