Their hospice service is horrible! They frequently schedule deliveries and never show up or for equipment that they do not have available. You call to voice concerns, promises are made but there is no follow thru! Caregivers and the families of hospice patients are dealing with enough without having to deal with a company that has demonstrated a complete lack of care and concern. Completely despicable service! Have never been treated more rudely from a medical center before. They don't know how to do their job and take it out on their customers. Order for walker submitted by doctor, They made it difficult. Tried to make things their business that wasn't their business, would say they had what they needed then completely change what they said, and finally out of spite, they try to have us rent the equipment for 80 bucks a week when it was approved by Tri Care to keep. For hospice associated care, this company is the absolute worst. Not at all surprising, the head of the company clearly, can care less about the patients and their families being affected by their lack of concern, professionalisim and empathy. In all fairness, however, I must mention three interactions that were pleasant and positive, but unfortunately, at this point the negative outweighs the good.
