The lady at the Carrollton office as well as the ladies on the phone were excellent and professional and a pleasure to deal with and talk to. They were quick and professional with my Cpap order. I will use them again. They care about the customers.
Their customer service is so bad that it could cost people their lives. DO NOT USE THEM AS AN OXYGEN SUPPLIER. They do not provide quality service and attempt to deny tanks to elderly people living in homes. They try to dictate how and when said elderly people can/should use their tanks. They are suppliers, not doctors and they have no right playing God.
We have unfortunately needed some medical equipment for our son. They were out here fast. The gentleman that delivered the equipment to our home is AMAZING!! His name was Marcus and he showed me how to work everything and made sure I understood what to do. I really appreciate all the effort this company put forth. I highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of their services!!

At first I thought nothing of it but then one day decided just to reach out with a request. Turns out I was completely covered to receive a breast pump and supplies at no cost to me!
