Felt ripped off. Tech showed up to assess and said he needed to get part, came back another day to fix it but I was charged labor twice. I wonder if they ever have parts when they show up and always have to come back two times to fix the problem and double charge.

I don't know how to begin to leave a review for these great folks without sounding like an employee or a shill for the company, but I'm a mere customer. Jay and his crew replaced most of our 61 year old water piping and the drain system in our home which was a most tedious job requiring 11 openings in the wall board. I called for an elderly couple to help them get some plumbing done. Needless to say a lady answered the phone with lots of kids running loose in the background. When I asked her how long had they been in business she said “We are not taking new customer at this time.” and disconnected the call before I could even say thank you for letting me know. They should have this information listed for everyone to see. She could have done a little better like lose the attitude and go to a private work space if she was working from home... read more
