I purchased a car here and it was my first time working with a dealership, the sales rep and finance rep I worked with were both wonderful. There were some mistakes that were made with my paperwork and when I went back to fix it and the receptionists sent me back down to the sales floor since the finance people were gone for the day and told me to speak to the sales manager to see if he would be able to fix it (which he was able to do). The dealership is great worst service department on earth so bad I will not be doing business with this customer ever again been doing business with them since 2019. Their warranty for life sucks. I had every record for that vehicle that I could give them every oil change that I had done on time and it still was not good enough And they were not do anything to help me out.
