After I saw other comments on Wyatt Johnson collision center and Maggie Wilkinson specifically, I found out I was not alone. Maggie is the rudest person I have ever met. Her careless work leads to rejection of the supplement sent to the insurance company, and she said she will not do anything anymore about my car. Left my car with a problematic strut making huge noises while driving. Nice is as Nice does. Just from walking in and no one acknowledging me at all until I said hi, hello to get someone's attention, to the fact it's going on 2 and a half/3 weeks now and I'm still waiting on some type of information from the collision center in regards to what's going on with my car. 1. When I turned my ‘18 F150 over to them, my check engine light wasn’t on, when I picked it up ITS ON but they say they’re not responsible. 2. ALLEN lied to my insurance company and refuses to call me back and continues to ignore the multiple phone calls I have made to this company. 3. I had to drop my vehicle off multiple times, they told me they drove it and nothing was wrong, I had to have someone physically ride with me to show them the issue wasn’t fixed.
