Great planning and process. Mark took all our ideas and desires (with all the changes!) and drew up detailed plans incorporating top-to-bottom, above ground, basement, with lots of suggestions along the way for lighting, size, location of certain elements, materials, and what options a builder might ask for. We took the plans to a long-established local builder who was able to put together an accurate estimate from Mark's drawings. Thanks, Mark! Me and my wife chose Mark Wyat because he was our first desighner we talked to, which was a mistake, we should have shoped around. I say desighner because he charges by the hour and makes u think he is an architect. After paying $28,000 in cash for plans then being told he was holding important details hostage so he could nickle and dime us for necessary details, as told to us by our professional contractors, this is not the skam artist we would ever recomend. This was a horrible choice for our future custom home plan, overpriced by a designer, not an architect! After paying $28,000 and not having a complete blueprint and holding details essential to even get quotes hostage unless we we allow him to copy our desighn for his website including finished photos, i would never recomend, overpriced, overcomplicated, #never again in a milion years
