I'm not sure how to rate this exactly, as I called to have my air conditioner fixed and was told that they are not taking new clients at this time. That Wyatt is only one man and he is only working with people that already use him. The lady was nice when I talked to her on the phone, but I was told that I could not use their services. So I guess two stars?
Will never use any other service. Owner guarantees his work, very knowledgeable, and ensures his customers are informed, as well. Pricing is absolutely fair. Best service available.
Bryan gives exceptional service and is very responsive. I am a Realtor in Lawrence and have utilized him many times for clients and have always been impressed. Bryan has also done work for me at my personal residence and really exceeded my expectations when repairing my A/C. He saved us over a thousand dollars by making a phone call to the manufacturer of our unit. He found out the part was under warranty and then drove to get it for us. I can’t say enough great things about Brian! He was extremely courteous and professional. He was patient and took the time to teach me how to troubleshoot over the phone because there was a big storm. Turns out my AC needed basically everything! He fixed it the day of and we only had to suffer a few hours lol. Would recommend to anyone that needed his services!
I've been using Bryan and his team for years and their dedication to being there for us in an emergency, caring about the quality of their service and willing to listen to the level of service we need is greatly appreciated.
