I should not even give them 1 star also but that is the least, thay are one of the worst, not helpful and utterly arrogant. One should refrain from visiting their garage.
I don't usually have a problem with this garage as I've had work done on a few occasions, but around 3wks ago I took my car to them and asked if they could reset a code fault on my Mercedes, I was willing to pay for their time, but the service manager told me I should take it to a auto electrician as they don't have a scanner to fix it, obviously there wasn't enough money in it for them, for a modern garage not to have a code scanner is just bullshit, definitely changed my opinion of this business and I will never return.
Two separate services of my VW Golf TDI, and both times impressed. Great service, competitive pricing (honoured a quote given 15mths prior) and quick turnaround. Also an RACQ approved service provider. Highly recommend. Thanks again to Ian and the team at Wyatt!
Extremely overpriced. Had one window regulator replaced in March 2024. Charged $769. I knew it was overpriced but I needed it urgently and Wyatt’s is close to where I live. Yesterday I had the same issue with another window regulator on my car. I got a quote from a business in coopers plains and the quote for the part and fitted on was $280. So a 20mins drive will save you almost $500. I prefer local businesses because it’s near by but you just can’t overcharge the customers like this.
