I have been a wyandotte cable customer for 30 years. And the service has always been terrible and they don't seem to want to or be able to improve it.. Why? They want you to buy their internet service with streaming. And they don't give one d*** about the cable customers..
Does anyone even work here? Over the last few months I’ve been trying to call and find out when fiber installation is for my father’s house. Everytime I sit on hold for 15+ minutes and no one ever picks up the damn phone. I remember the days when Wyandotte wasn’t like this. They messed up when they stopped hiring only Wyandotte residents to work for the city of Wyandotte.
