UPDATE: There was an issue and Paula from Wyandotte Municipal Services was so helpful, kind, and understanding. I was incredibly anxious due to the issue and she took care of everything getting us on the schedule. All of us here in Wyandotte are fortunate to have Paula working at WMS. Terrible customer service, they shut my internet off without my say so and then when I called to turn it back on was informed they couldn’t come out for another 4-5 days. Absolutely ridiculous, if you’ve caused an issue as a business your first priority should be to fix said issue you, YOU caused.

I have been calling every single day for the last week to talk to someone about my crappy Internet not working and absolutely cannot get anyone to pick up a phone!!! What is going on!!??!! Wyandotte is becoming overwhelmed with residents and the municipal services can't keep up! I've called the mayors office now and have lodged a complaint. When we're paying for a cities local Internet provider we should be able to contact someone when there's issues.
