A very poorly managed company. Took them over two years to get what they installed to operate correctly. Then I was asked why I bought alarm components elsewhere and installed them myself, because it's very simple to dyi(look into it). Bottom line the owner/ CEO/ head of service (Rob has multiple titles) was believed to be on the line on a 3 way call while they tried to call my bluff. I canceled my service with them and after dealing with my new monitoring company I am glad I did.
