Dona is great. She knows her stuff and is very helpful to us. We are so excited and happy to get started! We love the area and can't wait to get it completed. We have not done this before and so far everything has been great!
Model Home was nice, the sales person not at all. Did not treat us as a serious buyer after we asked to see the homes starting in the 180s that they were advertising on the main entrance sign. I asked about a specific corner lot and was told it was sold... Even though the lot still has and has had a lot available sign on it for the last three weeks.
We love our Maronda Home!
