This facility is an example of how ALL facilities should strive to be!! I had excellent service from the moment i entered the building. Keep up the great work. I wad refered here by my daughter, i traveled from Kansas, OH just south of fremont
If I could rate them a zero I would. They don’t care about there patients worst physician (Chelsea) I have ever dealt with. The only nice one was their receptionist. They were barely busy still was there for over a hour. They didn’t give me anything for pain for my swollen tonsils. I ended up going to Tiffins ER they took care of me! Gave me steroids for the swelling cause it was to the point I barley could drink water or even swallow my own saliva.. Will never return to this place ever again!
Chelsea was absolutely rude! Not professional at all & extremely rude.. definitely doesn't belong in healthcare.
