They need to train the people at the front desk better I called to schedule my DOT physical and was told they could do that and got it scheduled when I got there. I was asked if we were doing a yearly physical and I said no a DOT physical and they told me they don’t do those so now I have to wait another week before I can go do it and start my new job. Totally unacceptable. I should’ve been told from the start that they don’t do DOT physical.
Everyone is super nice and very professional
