Got a burger to accompany the rest of our BBQ and the burger is burnt to a crisp and inedible. The rest of the food was slightly above average but this is a slap in the face in this economy.
I didn’t enjoy this at all. The ribs were flavorless. Very bland and tasted like nothing. Smoked to death, I really expected better.
Was my favorite BBQ in Kansas City. We've been going here for over 40 years. Still good BBQ, but portions have gotten smaller and prices have gotten higher. And I really don't like going there during the day on weekdays because the lady that takes your order is not a nice person. She always has a attitude. Like she hates being there. I don't speak to her other than giving her my order. I really don't like rude people, and I've seen her be rude to several people. Night's and weekends are fine.
Good bbq, burnt ends, smoked chicken & turkey but disappointing sides as the slaw and mac & cheese weren't very good.
