Bought a couple engines from Plateau Marine and it was the best experience. One of the engines has a minor hiccup, but Scott went out of his way to rectify the problem.

I never, NEVER make purchases as large as an outboard motor online. I was intrigued by the Outboard Direct website & called the number listed, thinking I'd get some 1-800 type customer service rep. Purchased a 30hp outboard online. Called the next morning for some additional details. Spoke to one of the owners. He spent 45 minutes walking me through everything from maintenance, break in, and delivery. Could not be more pleased and so glad I purchased my outboard through them. I will continue to buy all my portable motors through them. Exceptional customer service and pricing!
