After four years of trying for a baby we started IVF treatment. We began hypnotherapy with Jenny from the outset and can honestly say that was key to our success. Jenny has been absolutely amazing!! She has been a great support through this difficult journey. Our sessions helped me a lot with my confidence and not letting my fertility issues be all my life is about. Through a personality assessment, Jenny helped me realise what was holding me back in life. After which we started a 6 week holistic therapy programme which included techniques such as EFT and hypnotherapy. Jenny was intuitive and guided me in the right direction in every session. Jenny is the greatest therapist I have ever worked with! She is knowledgeable, understanding and she is really good at creating atmosphere where you feel safe and comfortable to easily open up, where you can be yourself completely. She is friendly and really easy to talk to. She has helped me to come out some really dark times, when I lost hope that it was possible. And I will never be able to thank her enough for that! I would highly recommend her any time!!!
