I lived in 838 Patrick Henry Dr in Rutherford Townhomes for 2 years and had an amazing experience. The complex was quiet and situated in a great part of Blacksburg. Food Lion, 7/11, the Blacksburg aquatic center, a running track, and a disc golf course in the Municipal Park are all within 5 minutes walking distance. Virginia Tech campus was a nice walk as well, around 20-25 minutes away. The lessor was very responsive and helpful when it came to any questions or repairs to the property. Enjoyed living here! Owners are very friendly and helpful when you have questions or need things done at the property. Would definitely recommend!
I live in Rutherford and love it! I love how big the kitchen is, we don't even use all our cabinet space because there is so much of it! The size of the kitchen and living room is perfect for hosting (if you are into that kind of thing). The distance from campus is nice too. You can walk there in about 20-25 minutes or the bus comes right to the front of the complex.
