I’m a pilot who had to get a ride from SFO to SMF, a 2 hour ride. The vehicle was spotless, the customer service on the phone was top notch, and the driver Ray was as courteous and professional as you could ask for. Prompt pickup, smooth relaxing ride, and extremely kind and helpful
What a delight! The company was efficient and kept communications going. Our driver was courteous and helpful, even going so far as to go into the terminal to assure we were in the right place before leaving us. The car was roomy and comfortable. It was pricier than an Uber or Lyft, but far superior service and dependability, so worth it.
They provided good service, and stayed in touch and kept me informed of pick up details.
