Called Brian at Winchell's to schedule a windshield replacement they were there next day fast and reliable service highly recommended..
I worked with Wayne he came out and helped put my window back on track he told me all the parts in my window were still good so no replacements of anything it just had to be put back into place so he helped me out and charged a fair and reasonable price while going above and beyond to help me
Fast service done right. Made a call in the morning and Brian gave me detailed information about the process of calling my insurance company and the steps I needed to take. Got back in touch with him and gave him my confirmation number and the next morning good guy was out and installing the windshield. He calibrated it too. Great service! Highly recommend!!
Incredible customer service and experience for a Winshield Replacement. Brian, Terry, and Andy went above and beyond. I am so grateful!!! Someone canceled so they were able to get to me same day!
I would not trust this guy to even touch another vehicle of mine. The sad part is he represents another company that's very professional and does a great job. This guy is not for real he might say he fixes windshields but he can't even keep his word. If you're considering using this guy don't I promise you you'll save a lot of time and headaches. I really hate giving a bad review but this guy deserves a negative five if I could rate that I would. Trust me do not use this man for anything.
