I like the smaller atmosphere and their equipment is prefect for what I need. All the members I’ve met are cool and their trainers are helpful.
Had my first work out today, Parker was so helpful and made working fun!
Fun time; good workout. Easy to find place; my class was $16.05 total and it was challenging and fun. The instructor will make adjustments according to your strength and abilities.
I absolutely loved my first bungee workout and kinesis circuit at WwGym!! I had fun learning how to bungee and it was a great burn. Parker is a great instructor and made learning to use the bungee/movements super easy. The gym overall is extremely clean and they have a ton of updated strength training and cardio equipment. I started going here after getting a physical in March 2021. Some numbers were a bit of a wake up call. This gym has been the reason I feel as good as I do today. The bungie classes are unique and fun and the open gym has a great selection of high quality equipment to use. The biggest advantage is that during normal hours, you can always get personalized instruction. I have never felt alone in getting a good workout or figuring out how to do something.
