I brought my truck in the Columbus, OH facility. Was welcomed by the counter staff and checked in efficiently. The facility was very clean which is important to me. The staff understood that I keep the exterior and interior of my truck very clean and went out of there way to respect my truck. After waiting a couple days do to waiting for a part the shop repaired my truck and I was back on the road. Was on very good paying run when I broke down again.
