I went to WW Williams in Greer Sc. After thousands of dollars and 2 weeks I was no better off 100 miles down the road than when I first stepped in to get truck looked. They are very nice and polite people, but when it comes to thoroughness of work done. It's as if no one checks to see if truck is fixed properly. I brought my truck in the Columbus, OH facility. Was welcomed by the counter staff and checked in efficiently. The facility was very clean which is important to me. The staff understood that I keep the exterior and interior of my truck very clean and went out of there way to respect my truck. After waiting a couple days do to waiting for a part the shop repaired my truck and I was back on the road. Was on very good paying run when I broke down again. Good servise! Never overcharged me and they get the job done fast. Once I made a mistake to go to Freighliner, Las Vegas, NV - NEVER AGAIN., they hold my truck in the shop for a week doing a simple job - 2 wheel seals and try to make me change not related parts. I recently took my 2004 freighter to w.w.Williams in Albany Ga.to replace the steering gearbox because of leaking. They called me to tell me the truck was ready but the steering wheel wasn't straight and was that important to me. I said of course it was. The steering wheel was straight when I took the truck in and I expected it to be straight when I picked it up. If it wasn't, something wasn't lined up right. They said they will fix it. Checked into this shop at 10:30 and almost 4 hrs later still not pulled in. Was told second shift would be working on us which is bs since we have been here since 10:30. Very poor customer service would not recommend this place find another shop
