I recently took my truck to Guarantee truck service, and it was the worst decision I’ve ever made. They were supposed to fix a simple issue, but instead, they created more problems. The mechanics seemed clueless and took less than 20 minutes to diagnose even the most basic problem and charge me $65. And told me I need to change the alternator got that fixed when I finally got my truck back, never fix the problem cost me over $800 they overcharge me for parts I didn’t need and performed unnecessary repairs. They got me back on the road in one day. They couldn't replace the part that was bad due to supplier issues so they did the next best thing a were able to make a repair to the part that went bad on my generator. Have worked with this outfit a few times now and their work is top notch. Have generator issues I'd recommend them.
Had a DEF issue with the truck and they had it diagnosed, repaired and cleared up in 5 hours!! Staff is very professional and friendly. Very nice waiting area with coffee, water and snacks. This is why our trucking company uses WW whenever we can.
