Fast and reliable
People are nice
If I could give 0 stars I would to this place. Not only that they had our Unit for nearly four weeks, they did absolutely nothing to the truck except changed nox sensor, def header and mcm. Over $6,000 charge and truck went down after only three hours of drive when they left their shop. They have no clue what they are doing!!! Not recommended to anyone.
The staff showed no sense of urgency in getting my truck repaired. They were not friendly and very unprofessional. The parts to repair my truck was marked up 50% and when I asked why the part I had replaced had an up charge of $800?. the service mgr "said that's how we make money ". I will never take a truck here again and I advise everyone that has a truck there to get a wrecker and have your truck hauled somewhere else
