Love the WW program, but the Madison west location has cut back on the number of meetings available to members. This makes it hard to fit into my schedule. Also, many of the WW leaders have left. Not sure what's going on behind the scenes, but when there's a max exodus there's something going on. All my favs are gone. Disappointing.
Weight Watchers Works.....period, and my leader is so motivational and fun!
Signed up today at the Mineral Point office. This wasn't the problem. I tried to set up my account on line and with a mobile app to no avail. I called the (800) number and was routed to the Philippines. (after being on hold for a person to help for 8 minutes) The people couldn't get the account to work. They told me (after 45 minutes on the phone) that I would have to give them all of my personal information and credit card number to them again so that they could register my account OR GIVE ME A REFUND!!! Not going to happen... read more
