I am a lifetime member who has gained weight back. I went in this morning excited to rejoin and start losing weight again. I received no help from the leader or assistant regarding the program or the phone app. They just gave me a phone number to call. I was told they both had to leave right after the workshop, so they could not assist me. I received no welcome back. This is not how it was when Suzie Stout was the leader!!!!!
