A completely disappointing and unacceptable experience. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. When we arrived, we found the floor and the carpet full of broken glass, as shown in the photos. This is something totally unacceptable for any guest, and even more serious when traveling with young children. Worst of all, we checked in at 10pm, we didn’t notice it right away. We only realized it when my 5-year-old son got injured after stepping on one of the pieces of glass. It was a painful and completely preventable situation... read more
