This WW is so much better!! I did it about 15 years ago because I was going to be put on cholesterol medication if I didn’t get my weight down. It worked but I hated it. I always felt hungry and knew it wasn’t sustainable. I went online and went through the process of canceling my membership, so I thought. Only to get charged again for another month. I called the customer service line and explained to them, only to e told that unless I received an email stating that my membership was canceled I would continue being charged. How was I to know that? I was rudely told that I would not be getting a refund.
