Would not recommend because of internal business practices. I received a letter in the mail referencing a possible lien being placed on my property on Easter weekend due to none payment from WW Restoration to subcontractor. I was never told a subcontractor company was being used. Being blindsided on Easter weekend was not good.
Great communication, follow-up, installation/repairs, and cleanup. Highly recommend for your roofing needs!
Ben Barnett represented his company, W. W. Restoration, extremely well through every phase of our roof replacement. He was always available to answer calls and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with the process. The roof replacement was on time (barring weather delays) and very efficiently done by the roofing crew. It looks like it will stand up to the elements for decades and decades.
WW Restoration did an excellent job at roofing our home in Prattville, AL. Ben was our primary contact throughout the process. Ben did a great job working with us and our Insurance company to ensure everything ran smoothly. He explained the process and handled all communications required with our Insurance company.
