I took my 2014 Ford Edge yo this shop when my power windows would not work. I looked up on Google for auto electrical repair. I was surprised by how friendly and easygoing the conversation went when I called. I dropped off my auto and had an upfront understanding of the fee to do diagnostics. Took the chrome cover off around my light then told me I brought my car in like that drove all my gas out my car changed my radio station so I know they was cruising in my car. And had the nerve to cuss me out because they messed my car up…the reviews with multiple stars are fake the worst place I’ve ever been to.. find someone else unless you want your car trashed..I believe I was treated this way because I’m a African American female
Took my vehicle here for a valve cover gasket replacement. Wwll 2 weeks later I have oil in my spark plugs because they didn't seat the o rings correctly. Taking a chance bringing your vehicle here. Not what I wanted to happen. Oh bring it back in we will fix it. Like why not do that the first time. Now I have take off work again losing more money.
