My appointment was at 8am and I have been waiting for 30mins, still have not seen a Dr my appointment was at 8am!! I have seen the Dr carrying a pitcher of water have heard her talking to the other staff ect. Very unprofessional, I will definitely be going to Morgantown for appointments here on out!
Been going here for a bit and was happy but after some recent changes, the rude people of the area have been hired here. Tried to make a new appointment due to my Dr leaving but was treated very rudely by a guy that has zero people skills. I'm changing locations even though this is close to my house.
Love this location and all of the staff. I have been going here for many years now and all the nurses are so sweet and genuine. However, the start of my visit was not great. The young receptionist on 9/10 at 3pm was rude and unfriendly. She was too busy on her phone to realize I was ready to check out. She was answering questions on the phone about scheduling an appointment and not asking me the questions and answering them herself with “ I guess “ and “that will work.” She was very unprofessional compared to anyone I have e... read more
I wouldn't even give them a one star. I went there with my oxygen level at 79 and got told I can't help you. There's no appointment told to drive myself to the hospital and I'm supposed to be one of their patients. That was very mean thing to do when they should have took it upon themselves to call me an ambulance. Very cold-hearted people here. No wonder there's a sign out there door accepting new patients who would want to go to that.
Quick service and they helped me out just fine. Building is old though, but don't let that deter you.
