I appreciate the Physician Assistant at this location; they are consistently friendly and helpful. However, I am concerned about two issues. First, appointments often run behind schedule, which can be inconvenient. Second, I was surprised to see an additional $81 diagnostic fee added to my bill on top of the standard office visit charge. The doctor was downright heartless. After over a month in the hospital, incorrect directions, and a mad dash in a tornado, my client walked in one minute past the 15 minute grace period and was refused care. I begged them to reconsider, as we had all spent hours getting the patient there, but there was no reasoning. Couldn't get my anti-seizure meds refilled to the point of having to beg the on call doctor to do it because the pharmacy had already given me a loan.
