This practice is trouble all around. They don't respond to messages on the portal or call you back. They also send lab work OUT OF STATE without informing you (which is ILLEGAL, per the No Surprises Act of 2022)! If I could give these people 0 stars, I would.

Can’t ever get an appointment and there phone skills are lacking and there help is useless
The people here are very rude. Set there for almost a hour with blood running out of my leg from a dog bite. They did have a cardiac emergency and yelled at the paramedics because they came in through the front door with the cot, because nobody would come to the ambulance door. I believe 5 people went in before me after the ambulance left. They could not treat me and the nurse told the people at the desk to refund my copay. Then they were rude about refunding the copay. I had to go to the ER for proper treatment.
Things continue to go down hill here lately. Can never get an appointment because doctors/nurse practitioners keep quitting. New WVU Med Express takes forever. Office staff are very rude every time we come. Talking loudly about previous patients and making fun of them. Not very professional compared to other WVU locations. We will be looking elsewhere for care in the future.
