I walked in this morning for a pinched nerve in my shoulder. The receptionist, medical assistant, and provider were all incredibly kind. They asked thoughtful questions, listened to my responses, and outlined a care approach that was conservative but didn’t keep me from getting what I needed to address the immediate pain. It was the exact kind of experience you’d hope for on a day when you’re not feeling well.
I must say, the negative reviews of this urgent care facility surprised me. I went in today for a hit of antibiotic for a tick bite and everyone (from intake, vitals, nurse practitioner to check out) were all super friendly, helpful and expedient. I was in and out with my prescription in 20 minutes.
Took my 3 year old there today and they were fantastic. Really nice, got an xray and results quickly. The provider and staff were all so nice. Would definitely recommend and will go back if needed.
Excellent Experience. I hit my shin with a pedal while mountain biking and opened up a couple of deep lacerations. Rapid intake and very happy with My interaction with everyone. I ended up with eight stitches and specific instructions for further treatment from the physician assistant. I have only been to MedExpress before in the Pittsburgh area and this experience was similar – outstanding for things that don’t need an emergency room visit.
