I needed stitches on my finger and not only did they squeeze me in 15 mins before closing, but they were very patient and kind. They really listened and explained things to me as well. We have had positive experiences every time we’ve gone. The medical staff are fantastic with my kids too. I highly recommend this office!

Its been years but I had to leave this.. I went there with unbearable pain in my left side. They barely checked me. Did do an x-ray. But sent me home. Told me to take a warm bath and use ice pack. Take motrin. Said I might have pulled a muscle. It hurt to breathe!! Later that night I was in the hospital.. infection in my lung. Rushed to Morgantown. I walked in this morning for a pinched nerve in my shoulder. The receptionist, medical assistant, and provider were all incredibly kind. They asked thoughtful questions, listened to my responses, and outlined a care approach that was conservative but didn’t keep me from getting what I needed to address the immediate pain. It was the exact kind of experience you’d hope for on a day when you’re not feeling well.
